Bought my Kia Soul here 2 years ago and have been bringing it here for it's regular service maintenance because the level of service at this shop impresses me every time i go there. I can’t even begin to explain how much I am thankful for James. My car was stolen and James has been helping me deal with my insurance company to get my car repaired. I’ve been planning on getting a new car and wasn’t planning on getting another Kia, but because of James’s exceptional knowledge and customer service I will be. Amazing Customer Service! Our car broke down in CA, all the Kia dealers in CA said 3weeks to look at our car. Had it shipped back to Earnhardt Kia and Service Manager Larry Donahue identified and fixed the issue in two days. Phenomenal Communication and follow through!

John Ahern was our salesman and was terrific. New car to look at was waiting, test drive was great, and we received a very good trade in value. We drove out in a new Telluride in less than three hours, and that does not happen very often anywhere.

Took my 2021 KIA Seltos in for the first time service. Jason White, was my service adviser, very polite and professional. Jason explained the first visit procedures, the service was performed quickly and my Seltos was returned clean and serviced. When we pulled into the parking lot, we were met by a salesman within two or three minutes after arriving. Art was very accommodating and showed us the models he had available. We only went down to look but because Art was so good at demonstrating the vehicle that we leased immediately instead of waiting. Thank you Art!

Nice Phoenix auto dealer. The salesman (D.J. Carnley from the Hyundai Earnhardt store) was superb. No pressure, a happy disposition and he was willing to come to the Kia store to sell me a new vehicle. He has sold my bestie three new cars. Sales Manager I interacted with was pleasant and experienced. No issues at all. I was in and out in an hour and a half (super fast in the car business) and very happy overall. I strongly recommend the Earnhardt and their family of dealerships. It really is no bull!
This was an very nice experience. Todd informed us about the features of the Sportage and the comparisons between the models. He made it all seem so easy to comprehend. We left knowing this was the right car for me. The dealership gave me a great trade in allowance for my Ford Escape and that made the Sportage very affordable. We put some money down to hold it until Monday, and on Monday went back to find it all prepped and ready for us. We were very please with the whole process. Never a drop of pressure.

We had to have our2020 our Telluride towed to Earnhardt Kia due to engine running very rough. We initially had a problem with the tow companies poor service and response. Upon letting the dealer know of the issue, we had a tow truck within minutes. John was our service advisor, who called me to let me know the vehicle was there and they were getting it in to check in. He called me back within 2 hours and let me know the car was ready for pickup.. Car was cleaned and ready. Great service, John was excellent

They keep you informed during your service appt by phone, or in person if you are waiting in their nicely appointed waiting lounge.
